1. No Refunds:
   - We do not offer refunds. Only store credit will be provided for eligible returns.

2. Proof of Damage:
   - To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a video of the unboxing as proof of damage. The video should clearly show the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

3. Exchange Policy:
   - If you receive a damaged item, you must send it back to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. 
   - We will not be able to process exchanges for items received after this period.
